Dr. Alecia Giovinazzo is a board certified physician in obstetrics and gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her practice is located in Staten Island, NY and provides care for women of all ages. Dr. Giovinazzo and her team provide prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gynecological problems as well as preconception, antepartum, and postpartum care for pregnant patients. Dr. Giovinazzo opened her own practice in 2005 with a mission to provide comprehensive healthcare to all women in office by women for women. The office was recently relocated into a beautiful new space that offers more patient rooms, on-site sonography, and parking.
Dr. Giovinazzo’s father was a small-town physician, and she traveled with him to house calls when she was young. From this experience, she learned the value of patient interaction and connection. Dr. Giovinazzo views her practice as a way to truly help women, not as a business that processes patients.
