I was seen by Ms. Renken NP yesterday for the first time. I’m the type of person who brings research and options to a conversation, and was appreciative to see her engage with thorough detailed explanations and opinions (the how’s and whys and ‘nerdy’ ins and outs) of answers/reasons to questions, concerns, and alternative options. I felt cared for and never rushed or pressured. She provided me with options I could take at my leisure and I left satisfied with my care.
