Catherine Youngblood, LMSW

Cat has extensive experience in rural healthcare settings and understands the unique challenges and strengths of small and underserved communities. In addition to her clinical work, she has held leadership roles in behavioral health program development, chronic care management, and clinic operations, giving her a deep appreciation for both the clinical and practical sides of care. She earned her Master of Social Work from Northern Arizona University, graduating with distinction, and completed her Bachelor of Social Work at the same institution. Her background also includes years of experience working with children and families, including foster care systems and early childhood settings, which informs her thoughtful, developmentally informed approach to therapy. Outside of work, Cat enjoys reading, watching movies, cross-stitching, crocheting, spending time outdoors, and being with her family.
