Dr. Celina Egemasi, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a double board-certified nurse practitioner at Open Mind Psychiatry, which has locations in Richardson, Texas; Palmer, Arkansas; Oregon City, Oregon; Alexandria, Virginia; and Yakima, Washington.
