Doctor was very personable and knowledgeable, also seemed to care. His nurse was nice as well. Rated a 4 due to how difficult it is to get through to their office to even schedule an appointment. Took over 4 weeks. Call and fronShow moret desk never answers. You have to hit zero and go to a general mailbox. No one ever calls back. Did this several times. Finally after 3 or 4 tries over a span of 3ish weeks, I got a human to schedule, then told me she can’t book me, it would have to be someone else. She took a message and I waited for another week before getting a call back. Day of appointment, I listed both personal and work numbers on intake form as asked. Started getting survey links on my work phone instead of personal. Makes me question if my info will be handled properly. Good doctor, but another look at how staff handles clients would be beneficial. This experience in itself creates doubt as to how everything else will be going forward.
Couldn't have been better. Dr. Breklebaum and I had a lot in common, and he didn't mind taking a little time to listen to a patient that likes to talk about about those commonalities. He is a great communicator, and you will be peShow morersonally informed of everything you need to know regarding your needs. Super personality with an educational medical background second to none. Just relax, and experience the best urologist in these parts. Can't wait to see him again in thirty days, and take the clinic staff a big box of Whitman's chocolate candies. Chad E. Brekelbaum, MD, brings nearly 25 years of experience to Northwest Arkansas Urology Associates, with locations in Springdale, Rogers, and Eureka Springs, Arkansas. As a board-certified urologist, Dr. Brekelbaum provides minimally invasive care for a broad range of urologic conditions.
A native of Venezuela, Dr. Brekelbaum moved to Houston, Texas, for high school when he was 14 years old. He attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, for his undergraduate education and earned his medical degree at the University of Texas in Galveston, Texas. Dr. Brekelbaum then moved to Shreveport, Louisiana, for his urology residency at Louisiana State University.
Dr. Brekelbaum’s specialties include laparoscopy and robotic-assisted laparoscopy with the robotic da Vinci® surgery system. He provides comprehensive care for urinary incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and kidney stones.
