Dr. Mahadevan fixed a varicose vein for me 10 years ago when a previous doctor had been unable to do so. We later moved 6 hours away from his Suwanee, GA office, but I trusted his skill and the caring demeanor of Dr. Mahadevan andShow more his staff so much that I was willing to drive the two 12 hour round trips to have him take care of a subsequent vein issue. I can’t recommend him enough for anyone who needs help with leg vein issues and wants a skilled and compassionate doctor. He is the best!
It is with great pleasure I recommend the services of Doctor Mahadevan. I suffered with severe leg pain for over a year to the point I had trouble walking and sleeping. I went to many doctors, PT, chiropractor, acupuncture and no Show morerelief. Arriving for consultation at Atlanta Vein Specialist, the staff and Doctor were warm and genuinely caring. After procedure I am 100% pain free of the most agonizing pain I have ever had. The staff and Doctor M go above and beyond and are top notch in my book.

At my age...making the rounds each week with this doctor and that. Just wished they were all Dr. M. He is the best---knows his craft, personable, direct and has staff totally focused on patient care. Something as simple as encouraging patients to call with questions...no prompts or questions about knowing extensions. A job to deal with at every level.

Wish every doctor and every doctor's office was as good as this one---Dr. Mahadevan has been at this for a long time and his knowledge, skill, and ability to clearly explain condition and procedure is excellent. And, a nurse is available by phone when one calls. Just terrific.
Dr. Mahadevan is very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. His staff is very efficient and knowledgeable also. Dr M. performed vein surgery on both of my legs with very little discomfort. I am very happy so far.
Dr. Mahadevan and staff are excellent. He had successfully treated me in April 2017 and so when my physician noted a new issue with blood vessels in both my legs I have returned to Dr. Mahadevan for treatment. He and his Staff really care about the patient and I would highly recommend him.
