Dr. Mahadevan fixed a varicose vein for me 10 years ago when a previous doctor had been unable to do so. We later moved 6 hours away from his Suwanee, GA office, but I trusted his skill and the caring demeanor of Dr. Mahadevan andShow more his staff so much that I was willing to drive the two 12 hour round trips to have him take care of a subsequent vein issue. I can’t recommend him enough for anyone who needs help with leg vein issues and wants a skilled and compassionate doctor. He is the best!

Dr. Mahadevan and Staff are wonderful folks-always thorough and pleasant. His excellent care along with that of his Staff have provided me with relief through his treatment of the bulging blood vessels in my legs. Additionally he provided new insights for me to consider regarding the loss of muscle mass at age 82. Dr. Mahadevan looks at the whole patient, not just the immediate focus for treatment of the chronic vein insufficiency. I highly recommend him.

Dr. M and his staff are fabulous. They take such good care of their patients and are kind and caring individuals. I understand what is happening for each procedure and Dr. M takes time to speak with and explain everything. His staff also makes everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with their vein issues.

Dr. Mahadevan is an outstanding physician and I was a patient in the Spring of 2017 and now in February 2026. He and his staff have taken excellent care of my vein issues and I would highly recommend them should one need vein surgery.

My first appointment with Dr. Mahadevan went smoothly. He conducted a lengthy exam to assess my medical condition. Dr M was very informative and explained to me what I have, and what medical procedure need to be done. I wish I had the appointment a year ago. Not to forget the Staff, every one was nice and helpful .
My hand sclerotherapy experience was excellent. My doctor is wonderful, with hands that are both light and steady. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the procedure. Highly recommend! Love the results on my hand.

He is extremely hands-on with his patients and truly takes the time to be involved in every step of care. He personally conducts the ultrasound, which gave me great confidence in my treatment plan. Dr. Mahadevan is very patient oriented and easy to speak to. He took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand, and his staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about my upcoming procedure.

At my age...making the rounds each week with this doctor and that. Just wished they were all Dr. M. He is the best---knows his craft, personable, direct and has staff totally focused on patient care. Something as simple as encouraging patients to call with questions...no prompts or questions about knowing extensions. A job to deal with at every level.
