About Charday Bolivar, LCMHC, LCAS-A

Hello! I am Charday and I have over 15 years of experience working with young adults, adults and couples within the mental health field. I would describe myself as expert in finding the root cause of distress in my clients lives while helping to guide and empower them through CBT, DBT, Neuroplasticity and Mindset Mapping, Gottman Principles, Dare to Lead Principles and a number of other therapeutic modalities to overcome those challenges. Additionally, I have over 5 years of experience working with substance abuse and addictive disorders with a main focus on opioid addiction and recovery management. My clients would say that I have a natural ability to quickly build rapport with them while using creative problem-solving techniques to help each client achieve their individual goals, become more self-aware, promote emotional stability and inner-strength.
