Hello, I am a Medicaid patient there have been more than three times that someone writes a prescription and send it to the pharmacy and they’re not a Medicaid provider who can write a Medicaid prescription. This is so inconvenient. My profile should have those detailed information in it and should be written by Medicaid doctor. I have to call several times to make sure I get my referrals and make sure that they are on top of things. I shouldn’t have to do that.

I can’t remember the drs name that came in the exam room. She was extremely polite and listened to what we had to say and she really explained everything to where we could understand what she was talking about
Doctors an nurse are fine staff HORRIBLE office manager really HORRIBLE it’s like pulling teeth when you’re trying to just get your meds. Horrible.

I checked in at my correct time however had to wait two hours to be seen for 5 minutes. Didn’t ask me any questions about my history just asked if I had anxiety (because of a medication I was on) and when I said yes and that I wanted to explore new medication was told I would be referred to a psychiatrist and they would help me. No care for the patients at all.
