Dr. Chasity J. Carswell is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over two decades of nursing and advanced practice experience across medical and psychiatric settings. Dr. Carswell earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Albany State University and later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Brandman University.
