I am very grateful to have Chelsae Castaneda DNP, PMHNP as my provider. I moved to TN in the last couple years and looked for a provider that I could be transparent with as far as my faith, which is the foundation of my life. Dr. Castaneda sees a person as more than a mental health diagnosis. She sees the whole person including life experience, faith, career, background and goals and also the journey they are on. I feel heard and respected when I meet with her. I highly recommend Dr. Castaneda.

I cannot speak highly enough about Chelsae. I had a mild psychiatric episode that happened during the weekend. I emailed her on her day off and I heard back from her quickly. She even cross-referenced new medications I was prescribed from my GI doctor to what she is currently prescribing to me to find possible interactions between the drugs. We collaborated over a few emails and the council provided de-escalated the episode. Case in point, she truly cares about her patients and their well being.
We LOVE Chelsae!! Our daughter has really connected with her, and we are seeing great improvements in her journey.
