The past 2 years have been the most difficult of my life. I am the one in my family that takes care of everyone. However, in doing so, I have neglected my own mental and physical well being. Her demeanor is one that instantly calms me and makes me believe that I can handle things.

As a new patient and meeting with Ms. Connell for the first time, I was not sure what to expect. As we began our session, however, I felt comfortable and at ease with her. Ms. Connell came across as genuine, compassionate and interested in helping me and providing care.
