As part of her professional studies, Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at IUPUI in 2008. After 11 years of staff nursing, she made the decision to further her education. Chelsea went on to receive her Master's degree from Ball State University in 2021.

I will never return. Lack of communication between nurse practitioner and patient is very disappointing. I have never been treated so poorly and a doctor's office. The nurse practitioner had absolutely no compassion and very rude. I have never left a doctor's office feeling like I was accused of using my medicine wrong . I was denied my medication refill, a medication that helped with the pain in my lower back. Not only did I rely on this medication to help with my pain in my back but also with my hip replacements, arthritis in both of my wrists from being broken. I will never go to another younger doctor or nurse practitioner. The only doctors that I will see from now on will be much more knowledgeable, compassionate, and willl sit and listen to you. I was being nice when I even gave the nurse practitioner one star!
