My review after colonoscopy was with Chelsea Mausser, who prepared me for the procedure with attention to detail and precise communication. Chelsea and I reviewed the colonoscopy results and discussed the condition regarding hemoShow morerrhoids that was considered for banding. But our review concluded that if they were not bothering me or painful or bleeding or contributing to constipation = she would rather not perform a banding that could lead to having other problems when there are none now. I agreed with her expert opinion on this with her background. Each time with Chelsea has been delightful, direct, and informative of the protocols, expectations, and intents of the procedure. Having a daughter in the same position as Chelsea, I appreciate the time and the effort. Chelsea immediately offered an apology for the time spent waiting, but it was no bother to me being seen for less than 30 minutes. I was advised to undergo another review in 3 years and looking forward to the care that everyone gave to my need.
My 3 visits to your offices have always exceeded my expectations. Tammy and her staff are exceptionally professional and I would recommend them to anyone. My only suggestion is that people are better acknowledged as theyShow more step up to the front Desk. It is not clear which window to go to and it would make a five star difference if someone would just acknowledge someone’s presence and ask them to sign in to one or the other of the desks. Thank you

Great DR
A
Easy to talk to.
She took time to discuss my health problems and find different solutions to the problems
Though I was only in the office for an annual visit, Tammy is down-to-earth and I feel like I'm in good hands with her. She's attentive to details and communicates well.
The procedures went better than I expected.
Very satisfied.
Tammy was very knowledgeable, and could explain things as if she was there performing the colonoscopy Dr. Eddy, the day of the colonoscopy was busier than a cat trying to cover poop on a tin roof. They both really help me to relax a little bit about my problem and I thank them for being so kind and patient and very professional!
Tammy was great I still don’t know what I have in medical terms but the treatment plan will tell all praying it works Thanks
Always informative and never feel rushed.
My visit with Tammy is always professional and helpful. I don't visit your office or Tammy often, but it's always a pleasure to work with the staff and Tammy.

Ok
Checked in 5 minutes early to appt. Filled out paperwork and sat down. Waited 25 minutes after my appt time. The same person that checked me in then asked if I needed help. I said I've been waiting here for my appointment. No one in the front office knew what was going on. The ARNP herself was very nice and informative.
Professional and friendly
I give fours stars because of the front desk staff. The doctors are amazing. No one needs to update paperwork yearly WHICH IS A PAIN IN THE A**.

I sincerely felt she listened and understood my concerns without questioning whether any of it was related to G.I. she believed me and said we will discuss these issues after testing. Thank you for listening
Tammy was extremely kind and caring.
