Chelsea Sorahan, MSN, FNP-C, AANP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized, evidence-based care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Molloy University.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Chelsea spent several years as a Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) registered nurse, where she developed strong clinical expertise caring for critically ill patients. She also has a background in personal training, giving her a unique perspective on the importance of nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle in achieving long-term health.

Chelsea’s passion has always been endocrinology. She specializes in helping patients manage thyroid disorders, diabetes, metabolic disease, hormone imbalances, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). She also has a special interest in preconception counseling, helping individuals and couples optimize their health before pregnancy.

Her approach blends modern, evidence-based medicine with a holistic focus on nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation when appropriate. Chelsea believes every patient deserves an individualized treatment plan designed not only to manage disease, but to help them feel their best every day.
