Nurse Practitioners Gerontology Group is a clinical group based in Bloomfield, Connecticut. We offer an extensive range of health care and chronic disease management services to the young adult and the older population—specifically, individuals between the age of 21 to 121 and beyond. Our founder, Chena McPherson, APRN, has been in medicine for over 20 years. She has experience working as a Registered Nurse, an ADNS, and a Director of Nursing. In addition, she has experience working in a hospital setting, subacute settings, long-term care, and home care setting.
