When I started seeing Cheri Cerghizan, I took Ritalin twice a day for attention deficit. It made me jittery in my shoulders and neck and gave me tremors in my hands. Cheri switched me to adderal, and all of these symptoms completely went away. When I felt that I needed the adderal, but did not want to take it every single day, Cheri was eventually open to me taking 5 to 10 mg per day as needed. Her willingness to dose differently helped me fix symptoms of excessive daytime sleepiness.
