The visit was concise and professional. I did have an issue with the video connection but that was on me. My fault. My magnetic connection that fastens my phone to the stationary wall holder failed. I had to hold my phone by hand Show moreand report back. I have isolated the cause and initiated repairs. Our interaction was professional and thorough. She requested a recent ekg to verify cardiac function. I nothing unremarkable needing Rx was revealed. I agreed to send the report in lue of prescriptio.
Chika is great. She always make sure that everything is okay and that I would really feel that I am taken cared of always. And even after discussing everything, she will always make sure that we didn't forget anything by alwayShow mores asking if there are anymore concerns or questions that I still have.
