Honestly, Chinwe is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She actually listens, cares, and doesn’t make you feel rushed. My girls felt comfortable being honest, and that’s huge.
Dr Chinwe Anekwe helps me with my medications for mental health. She is a caring, conscientious psychiatric care provider. And I appreciate her service in my ongoing mental health progress. IPMG staff are also most helpful and courteous to me as a patient and to my sister/authorized representative.

Very dismissive, does not care, interrupts, and unprofessional. Dismisses medication questions with “they are all the same thing”. Called off work and confirmed appointment multiple times, she joined the meeting for 1 minute, left, came back 30 minutes later to type “follow up with Dr. Duk”. Lost income to attend the appointment. She has no accountability. Sorry, but I would not recommend

Chinwe has done a great job of identifying the right medications to manage my anxiety and depression. I am on fewer medications now. I feel like we are a team working together for my best health.
Chimwe does not listen or work with you. She seems to just wanna get the call over with and just prescribe medication. She doesn’t go in depth with me or even allow me to speak. Once I say a keyword, she immediately interrupts and just asks what I want… I do not recommend. Only 2 stars because the office is nice and answers very quickly. She also said “all stimulants are the same they do the same thing”, which is very ignorant because that is not true, there are different mechanisms targeted.
