Video sessions enable me to get care needed, easily and conveniently. Provider sensitive to health issues as well as the many other medical appointments that I have to deal with. Responsive, supportive provider who listens and provides good ongoing care.

I had a hard time to speak to her. We had\n A poor communication, I am hard-of-hearing. I could not understand her words that she spoke too fast for me. At 1 point she asked me, did I have If I had my hair dates on I did that was very embarrassing for me and maybe feel I'm comfortable.

She takes the time to listen to you. She discusses changes in meds and gets your opinion on what she recommends. She is so sweet. Really nice person. She has even called me on the weekend to review what was talked about the day before. She cares about people and she shows it.
