I'm real Happy with my doctor. But I'm having a issue with my medications. I take 6 prescriptions: Duloxetine HCL DR 60 mg. 2x daily Bupropion HCL XL 150 mg. 1 Daily A.M. Bupropion HCL XL 300 mg. 1 daily A.M. Eszopiclone 2Show more mg. 1 P.M. sleep daily Aripiprazole 10mg. 1 A.M. daily Trazodone 50 mg. 1 P.M. Daily My doctor ask me how I sleep I said I get up and can't go back to sleep so she said for me to add a 1/2 tab more total 75 mg. These are my 6 medications I take daily.

Very detailed first consultation including patient history, medication history, current issues, future considerations, strategic plan for ongoing treatment and therapy, plus in-depth conversation on how to best treat my neurological diagnosis based on my specific goals and objectives aligning with and drawing on the experience, expertise and recommendations of my psychiatrist.
