Christi Iverson, APRN

Christi Iverson, APRN is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Associates in Dermatology in 2022. Originally from Cape Coral, she chose to attend Florida State University for her Associates degree and complete her Bachelor’s degree at Florida Gulf Coast University, where she majored in Biology. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011 and worked as a Registered Nurse in the acute care setting for over 10 years. During this time, she attended Nova Southeastern University for her Master of Science in Nursing and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021.

Shortly after receiving her Master of Science in Nursing, she began her dermatologic training by working directly with Keith Benbenisty, MD and Laertes Manuelidis, MD. Through this training, she has been able to enhance her skills in identifying, diagnosing, and treating a variety of skin disorders and skin cancers. Christi was also trained to conduct comprehensive skin exams while utilizing dermoscopy. She is passionate about providing detailed education regarding proper sun protection as well as the warning signs of concerning lesions.

Christi is now accepting new patients at Associates in Dermatology. She works under the direct supervision of Keith Benbenisty, MD and Laertes Manuelidis, MD to ensure the highest level of individualized patient care.
