I have been coming to this practice for over 20 years. I still drive an hour to CSC for care despite having moved out of the area many years ago. I’ve tried other practices closer to my home but they just can’t compare to the carShow moree I’ve received at CSC. They’ve helped me control my adult acne, caught several cancerous spots and I find they are experts at Botox treatments. They are a caring, kind practice that is progressive and keeps up on the latest treatments. Highly recommend this entire practice.

Christina Steil, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist who offers quality and personalized dermatologic care for both men and women. Dr. Steil is an integral member of the compassionate team at CSC Steil Dermatology, serving the western and southwestern suburbs of Chicago with offices located in Hinsdale and Downers Grove, Illinois.
Dr. Steil received her undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Washington University in St. Louis. In 1995, she earned her medical degree from The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and then went on to complete her internship at Loyola University Medical Center in Hines, Illinois. Following her internship, Dr. Steil spent a year in research under the tutelage of Dr. Brian Nickoloff. In 2000, at the Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Dr. Steil completed a clinical and surgical dermatology residency program where she also served as chief resident.
As part of her on-going professional development, Dr. Steil is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Chicago Dermatology Society, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Steil and staff were very professional, and took the time to explain what was occurring during my visit. Very pleased with the level of care.
Extremely Disappointed with the Experience I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before finally seeing the doctor. At the start of the appointment, they confirmed my pharmacy, but due to the long delay, I had to leave in a hurry. The doctor assured me she would send my prescriptions in afterward. Later, I discovered they were sent to the wrong pharmacy—one in Schaumburg, not the one I verified. I contacted the office to fix it, and the receptionist texted me saying it would take 24 to 48 hours to correct. That’s unacceptable, especially when medication is time-sensitive. While waiting, I also overheard the receptionist double-booking another patient that afternoon, which explains part of the long delays. After seeing the 2.6-star rating on Yelp, I’m not surprised—but now I understand why. If my review gets removed, that will just reinforce how little this facility values honest patient feedback.

Dr Steil is terrific. She came thru huge for me in early detection of a melanoma that would have been VERY serious if ignored. Always has the kindest and most courteous staff as well.

First of all the most important thing I experienced was excellent communication and professionalism. Everyone was extremely competent in their positions. Dr Steil was quick to make decisions and provided me we the best medical care that I could receive. She does what needs to be done and without hesitation does it. I am so very lucky to have her as my Dermatologist. She gives you options as to therapy. I believe she knows extremely more about the best therapy for me. Her confidence and brilliance gives me extreme confidence in her decisions. I believe that what ever she recommends I will do. Secondly she has a wonderful bed side manner. She has a great personality and cares very much for the welfare of each of her patients. I personally do not judge a doctor on their personality. I am very satisfied with a doctor who is very competent and brilliant. Doctor Steil is extremely knowledgeable and brilliant about diagnosing a medical problem and is quick to provide a solution to that problem. She’s also a wonderful person to be with and communicate with. I love her very much. I believe she has my best interest all the time. Her staff is excellent too. They should be complimented heartily.
