Christina continually provides me with the tools I need to manage my mental health issues. I learn something new during every session, and I think it is because really listens to me when I talk. I feel very lucky to have found such a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist.
She is teaching me the tools to keep my head straight and my pains in-check so I can be normal, not just look like a normal person. She actually cares, I recommend 100%! I had chronic pain even with prescription meds & I haven't taken those in 8 years now!

My experience with Christina Long has been life changing. I am not a person who confides in others easily. However, Christina made me feel very comfortable talking about my problems. She offered a variety of tools to help me cope, and I have been able to overcome many obstacles that were interfering with my happiness. She has been a Godsend, and has supported me through several recent traumas. I recommend her highly.
