Christina Portwood

Pure Skin and Wellness was founded by Christina Portwood MSN, APRN, FNP-C. Christina grew up in a small town and has always been passionate about helping others. It has always been a goal to give back to rural communities by providing healthcare. Christina has 14 years of nursing experience and brings a diverse background to her practice. She has experience in emergency medicine, pediatrics, surgery, and dermatology. After years of hands-on experience, she returned to school and earned her master's degree from Clarkson College to further her passion of caring for others while also earning a certification in dermatology. Christina enjoys connecting with her patients and believes everyone deserves honest and personalized care. She hopes that every patient who walks through Pure Skin and Wellness feels comfortable, valued and confident in their care, knowing they received honest answers, treatments, and recommendations.
