Great experience. I felt very heard and she was very understanding of my concerns. It's amazing when medical staff works with you and listen to you. And I found her front office staff to be extremely helpful and kind. Katie isShow more her name and she also made my experience good. Both were helpful with calling my anxiety. Especially when you are nervous with meeting someone new. The knowledge Christine had and her input were top level. I have found another medical professional I can work with
I cannot recommend Christine Cooley NP enough! Her manager, Katie was warm and helpful. Christine listened to me, it was clear she read my chart, was prepared and she did not rush me. She explained my diagnostic work up goals in Show morea way that made sense and she was very thoughtful with that discussion . I felt truly cared for, heard , seen, and most importantly safe. I am beyond grateful Christine is my now my provider- she is competent, smart, and compassionate. Thank you!

Had my first appointment with Dr. Cooley today; she was very welcoming, kind and thorough at my visit. She showed me picture diagrams, went into depth with explanations and possible testing/treatments. I look forward to future appointments and be treated properly under her care. Definitely recommend for any GI problems!

Chris is professional, kind and caring. When she asks how you are, she is sincere and genuinely interested in what you have to say. She listens to your concerns, answers any questions and is empathetic. I never feel rushed and she insists that I call her if I think of anything else after my appointment. I will be sad when she decides to retire.
