My tele-follow-up with NP Christine Cooley was excellent and very convenient for me to have my follow-up to my recent appointment with her. My only surprise was that I was charged a co-pay on a follow-up chat. My primary MD, Dr.Show more Thorn, and other MD specialists have called me on the phone for follow-ups, Dr. Watsky, and Dr. Puleo, all without a new fee. That being said my NP has keenly focused and is trying hard to help me with my health dilemma, and I highly respect and love her!
I was extremely satisfied with my appointment I recently had. Christine took the time and really listened to me, and for the first time in a long time, I feel that I will get answers and treatment for the issue I’m having. I feltShow more really good after leaving my appointment. It is rare today to find someone who really cares and who wants to help me get to the root cause of my issues and not just blow me off. I had a great experience with my first appointment. Christine was very thorough and asked a lot of questions which was refreshing since that has not been my experience with some GI doctors.
