Greetings! I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2005. While my early work experience involved working with patients on an inpatient basis, I gradually transitioned to outpatient work in 2008. Now, I primarily see adults and have a heavy focus on anxiety and depression, as they relate to a general medical condition. I am also well trained in working with those that are facing life transitions and/or adjustments. Lastly, I am certified in Perinatal Mood Disorders. I use skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to assist clients in meeting their goals for treatment. My practice is very task and goal oriented. My office is open to all individuals, regardless of referral reason or life situation, including serving as a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community.
