This is the first time meeting Christine and it was the BEST first impression I've gotten here; besides Dr. Roldan. Christine was friendly, warm, caring and patient. I can sometimes misunderstand questions and she allowed me to fiShow morenish and then rephrase her initial question without rushing. While she was wearing a mask, I felt her smile come thru it and you could tell she was very interested in "you" and not just going thru the paces. I'm glad I decided to try her and will continue requesting her. Thank you, Christine!

About Ms. Steffano
Christine Steffano, FNP, is an experienced, board-certified family nurse practitioner at Arthritis Associates in San Antonio, Texas. She specializes in holistic medicine.
Christine is originally from San Antonio, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and a minor in cinema and television critical studies from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She moved to New York City and graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Science in nursing.
While receiving her nursing degree, Christine worked as part of an interdisciplinary team that cared for children with spinal muscular atrophy. She also worked as a surgical nurse at what is now NYU Lutheran Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. She studied a holistic approach to nursing and graduated cum laude from New York University as a family nurse practitioner and holistic nurse practitioner.
Christine moved back to San Antonio several years ago to be closer to her family and joined the Arthritis Associates team. She enjoys caring for patients ages 12 and older with a nurturing bedside demeanor.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, exercise, meditation, and spending time with family, friends, and her three dogs. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Society and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

I love seeing Ms Steffano! She is very caring, always checking to see how I am feeling. She asks about my symptoms and what improvements I’ve had and makes adjustments to medications when needed.
