She was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly with my 3-year-old daughter, making her feel comfortable during what could have been a very uncomfortable examination. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I've had with a medical facility in a long time. From scheduling the appointment, to checking in and then the procedure itself...WONDERFUL! My Ultrasound Tech was knowledgable and I felt cared for in the midst of an uncomfortable procedure. It was truly a good experience and I'm thankful for each person I came in contact with. Many thanks to the Ultrasound Institute.
Once I checked in I believe I waited 5 minutes to go into the back with Christine. She held herself professional and asked questions pertaining to my situation before getting started with the ultrasound. 15 minutes later I was done and on my way.

Christine was amazing! I have never received such kind bedside manner. I brought my 4 and 2 year old to the appointment and she was so understanding and sweet. She brought toys and coloring supplies into the room for them. She was very informative during the entire session and checking in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be back for any future ultrasounds.

This is my second visit to this facility for this pregnancy. Christine is very knowledgeable and expresses genuine concern for his patients comfort and well-being. For me, it was lying on my back while in my third trimester, not being able to breathe that well. His students are lucky to have him as an educator and resource.
The team was so welcoming, inclusive, and professional. I initially went here because I’m uninsured and it was the least expensive place I found. Great experience - I’d choose this place again in the future even when I’m insured. Highly recommend!
