Dr. Andriano earned his medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida. He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) residency at Detroit Medical Center in Michigan, where he served as Chief Resident. He also completed a Neurophysiology Fellowship through the Neurology Department at Detroit Medical Center, gaining expertise in Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and an ACGME accredited Interventional Pain Fellowship at Henry Ford Health in Detroit. Dr. Andriano has presented medical research at regional and national levels, contributing to multiple publications. He remains active in national pain societies, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Social Media Committee in The American Society of Pain and Neuroscience (ASPN).
Dr. Andriano treats various musculoskeletal and neurological pain conditions, recognizing the complexity of pain and tailoring treatments to align with patient goals and abilities. For cases unresponsive to conservative measures, he employs ultrasound and fluoroscopic guided techniques, including injections, radiofrequency ablations, and minimally invasive surgical procedures like spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, minimally invasive lumbar decompression (mild), intradiscal injections, basivertebral ablation (Intracept), and more.

FNP Knight was very thorough and professional ! She is very nice and concerned abt your health. Your questions are answered with referrals and suggestions. She's very knowledgeable abt our bone structure especially the spine, back and hip joints.

The doctor I saw discussed a different treatment than you talked about with me. He did not discuss surgery at all. He will do another injection next week.
Thorough, attentive and listens
He was so compassionate, took his time going over my complaints. Take about meds he was prescribing and their effects. He was just a very nice person and I would definitely recommend him.

First visit here. The staff were polite and professional and seemed to genuinely care. Everything went well and I am looking forward to working with them to help my condition.
Nicole was prompt and gracious. She was thorough in her examination of the pain area and listened to my input. We talked about her recommended procedures. We talked about my need to get back into the exercises I did in PT. She offered to order more PT, but I declined for now. She did not rush the visit and allowed time for questions.

as a new patient many years ago, the physicians, nurses, and support staff really worked hard to understand how to handle my pain situation. It's being treated well now and has been for over 7 years with the help of Ms. Patel and her colleagues. It's very difficult for me to give 5 star ratings to ANYTHING, but the team at pain care really will surprise you.
