Best chiropractor I have been to. I usually go in when I’m in pain so they laugh & say “not doing to well”? Dr. Pell adjusts me & I feel better immediately then better overall in a day or do. Sometimes it takes 1-2 visits becaShow moreuse I wait too long or really do a number on myself. I’ve sent about a dozen people to him. Everyone loves him & his great staff ( I especially love Ms. Frannie ) Thank goodness he is also young so I/we don’t have to worry about retirement or exiting life ❤️. If you need a great chiropractor, search no more! Oh: Bonus is how the office feels! Nice positive energy & motivational prompts. You do not dread the doctor walking in the room or sitting in a room by yourself wondering how much longer. Go see what I’m talking about! Lastly, no he didn’t pay me to say this lol. Angela M

He had me lay on my tum-tum and then he proceeded to dig his manly, skilled thumb right into that nShow moreerve and almost made me cry. You know the one, right in your upper butt cheek? Anyway, after having me do a few unnatural and nearly impossible leg abductions and reverse leg lifts while simultaneously enduring his piercing thumb electricity, he asked me to get up and test his handiwork. I obliged him as I unsteadily arose from the table. I then glided across the floor like Fred Astaire. Lo and behold, the pain was just about gone! I swear that guy is a magician. He really knows his stuff. 10/10. Would recommend.

Amazing experience. I came in like a stiff old lady and left like a different person. The office has such good energy. Everyone was so friendly and Dr. Pell certainly knows his stuff!!! I’m very optimistic about my future visits.

Two sessions, using the cold laser therapy for my son’s heel pain, is all it took for the pain to go away. Josh and Dr Pell and the entire staff are very professional, compassionate and highly skilled. Would recommend to anyone and everyone I know.

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Pell is an excellent chiropractor. I'm feeling so much better at the halfway point of my treatment. I would recommend Chiropractic Centers of Ocala to anyone with back and/or spinal problems.

This is a chiropractic center like no other. Uplifting music, friendly staff, state of the art technology. Not to mention, faith-based! Don’t bother looking anywhere else. This is the spot you’ve been searching for.
I have been having difficulties for months and saw three different chiropractors in another area. Also undergoing physical therapy for the problem as well. I have done cryotherapy, red light treatments, B12 injections etc. In 2 (two) visits, Dr. Pell has done more for me than all other therapy combined. I am traveling almost 2 hours to see him and consider it a small price to pay. He is knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain all of it to me. I feel like I hit the jackpot. Coming here for all my needs now. Thank you Dr. Pell and your absolutely wonderful staff.

12/22/2025 Once again I had an appointment with Dr. Pell and his staff today and as always, the appointment was excellent! I was a mess when I started visiting him last fall, but he really is the best chiropractor ever (and I have been to many). After several scheduled visits, I can now say that I am on a maintenance schedule of once a month with no pain at all! Thank you, Dr. Pell and blessings to you and your staff for going above and beyond! I hope others will take my advice and make an appointment with you soon. ❤️

Went in to see Dr. Pell for the first time, the experience was amazing. His staff has so much personality and kindness, this is how people should be treated and they definitely get it. Dr. Pell himself was not on nice but offered more advice about other issues I am dealing with. Really appreciate a doctor who cares about people. If I could give more stars I would. Definitely recommend this office.
