She is everything you could want in a therapist and person in general!!
I honestly love that my daughter enjoys her sessions with Christy. Christy is very hands on and very assertive. She listens very well and knows how to dissect your emotions and give great feedback for better understanding and communication. My daughter looks forward to her sessions and I love that for her.

Ms. Christy is a GREAT therapist! She takes her time to know the patient and suggests tools that are patient specific. She’s awesome with kids and also the parents because she demonstrates using the tools she provides. I could not ask for a better therapist for my daughter!

I have worked with Christy for a couple years now and she has proven time and time again to be an amazing therapist! She is extremely knowledgeable and I leave every session with strategies to study and practice. I especially appreciate her use of tools like ACT and inner child work that many therapists miss.
