This was my first visit with Christy Smith. She is attentive and intelligent. Moments after I told her about a disease I have, she was reading about the disease on the internet. The office has a soothing vibe and the lighting was appropriately dim. I look forward to working with Ms. Smith to improve my quality of life.

Great counseling services. Everyone is polite, the office itself is peaceful and calming…even for my five year old. I would definitely recommend.

So glad I found a place that could take my five year old. Ms Christy is easy to talk to and my daughter looks forward to her sessions. Christy not only gives me tools, she actively uses them during sessions to help me use them properly and get a first view of how well they work.
Professional Services
Christy has been a valuable asset with helping my daughter learn valuable self regulating skills. My daughter is very comfortable with her and looks forward to her sessions. She has also shown me ways to help my daughter recognize how and when to utilize these skills and how to incorporate these skills into our daily lives. She’s easy to talk to and very encouraging. She’s awesome!
