NP Wendy is always attentive and goes above and beyond an average doctor.
FIVE STARS for NP Wendy. She's literally the only reason we stayed with this clinic and suffered through their horrible staffing issues over the past year. I'm thrilled Dr. Iroha finally hired competent medical support staff -- and enough of them to actually staff a professional office. Big shout out to Wendy's new assistant; I can't say enough good things about her! ZERO STARS for the fact the clinic's contact information apparently keeps changing; texts are ignored, email doesn't work, there's no way to leave a voicemail, faxes get lost. Wendy can't electronically (or any other way!) receive test results or share important information with other providers. Outstanding balances do not come with statements to support them. It's the 21st century and this all seems pretty shady...HOPEFULLY DR. IROHA WILL RESOLVE THESE ISSUES VERY SOON. Also, the lobby always smells like sewage (sometimes weed) to the point I get nauseous and have to wait outside.
