Dr. Chuck is an awesome physician. My husband have a severe case of neurothapy and he took his time assessing him and getting all the necessary information about his problems he was having and where he hurt. Dr Chuck immediatelShow morey ordered the nurse to take vitLs and do a neurothapy test on his body where trigger points were according to his ailments. The Nurse was very attentive and did an awesome job testing. Dr Chuck come in and performed a biopsy of both legs to send to his lab to find out how severe his neurothapy is to enable him to customize a treatment plan for my husband. He authorized him to come back in two weeks to begin a treatment and therapy for 30min 2 times a week. Thank God for Dr Chuck O.

Fondly referred to as “Dr. Chuck” by patients and colleagues, Chuck Osuagwu, MD, provides comprehensive internal medicine care to patients at Centerville Medical Center. At the office in Garland, Texas, Dr. Osuagwu is passionate about finding and correcting the root cause of illness, not just the symptoms. He is board certified in internal medicine and has been in practice for over 10 years.
Dr. Osuagwu attended medical school at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he was awarded numerous honors. He later completed his internal medicine residency at UT Southwestern working at Parkland Memorial Hospital, Dallas VA hospital, and Zale Lipshy University Hospital.
Dr. Osuagwu currently maintains active staff privileges at Baylor Medical Center Garland, Dallas Medical Center, and Lake Pointe Medical Center. He was voted among D-Magazine‘s Best Doctor for 2015 and 2016.

My son and I enjoy using Dr. Osuagwa as our primary care physician.
My experience as a new patient was pleasant. The front desk was very polite and informative. My actual doctors visit was super fast I expected more of a physical exam considering it was my yearly wellness exam plus being a new patient somewhat concerning however Dr. Chuck had a enjoyable personality.

Excellent patient care and responsiveness… My family drive all the way from McKinney to see Dr Osuagwu… he spends time with me/us and never rushes me. The girls in the office go way above and beyond for their patients… they NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT WORK… I love my PCP!

Overall, experience from when i walked into the office was so attentive and the nurses and dr. were very helpful. I actually felt like a patient instead of a number.
Dr. Chuck is always great!! And the office members are always polite and helpful very easy to schedule appointments by phone or online. I would highly recommend Dr.Chuck
Dr. O listens and validates how I felt. Asks questions, offers suggestions. Very comforting to be there. And as always, the staff is warm and helpful.
Very good doctor, only does what is needed. I would like to see him check a few more things. Maybe Patient's feet, knees, arms or fingers, toes of the older Patient's. Ask some follow up questions, such as is there anything you are taking that would effect you blood pressure or anything you thought of taking. Just some more follow up questions.
