Chunting Wu

Cara Wu is a Case Manager at Self Theory LLC, where she provides individualized support that is trauma-informed, person-centered, and rooted in cultural humility. In this role, Cara works alongside clients to navigate behavioral health challenges, connect with vital community resources, and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky, with certificates in Trauma-Responsive Practice and Clinical Social Work, and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). Her background includes supporting foster families through casework and crisis intervention, developing mental health resources for student-athletes, and building trust across diverse cultural contexts. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she connects with clients and communities in inclusive and accessible ways. Cara is committed to advocacy, collaboration, and honoring each person’s lived experience, ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and empowered.
