Innovative treatment centers immediately feels safe and Cierra has been nothing short of that as a doctor and person. She understands how everyone is different and takes the time to listen and use her experience and knowledge to find a treatment plan. It’s nice to know I can be upfront and honest and to not feel like I’m being judged or categorized but instead individually seen. No complaints or suggestions, full support.
Very thoughtful, very present. Just leagues better than my previous experiences. It's obvious that she puts a lot of thought on what to try next. Rather than just pushing me onto medication after medication.

Very understanding and attentive to what you are going thru. Thorough and explains in simple yet professional detail the process and what determining factors are used in her diagnosis. Felt comfortable the whole time like I wasn’t just talking to a doctor but her as a person and I could just be honest and her experience definitely showed. Either way not sure the words to say to help anyone reading but I typically don’t leave reviews so the fact that I am says enough…
