Cindy O, NP is an amazing provider. She takes her time allowing her patients to speak and explain what they feel. Not to mention, she allows you to participate in your own care. I’ve been to other psych providers that just tell you what to take. No, she explains the risk and benefits. Which allows me to make an informed decision. I have had a wonderful experience working with Cindy. I started to work with her postpartum and she was very warm and empathetic to how I was navigating my second postpartum experience and after discussion, we decided that I would benefit from medication. She ensures she checks in on me during our monthly meetings and I continue to work with her after my child turned 1. Cindy is trauma informed and patient first.
