I have been working in the mental health field for several years now and have acquired extensive experience in combining existential and Jungian concepts with cognitive behavioral therapy. I have an eclectic approach to therapy and believe in tailoring my methodologies to the individual. These two diverse types of experience provide a distinctly original therapeutic experience for my clients. “What meaning can you find in your life? What core beliefs do you have? What is your shadow self trying to tell you? What messages does your inner child want to share with you?” These are just some of the questions we can explore together in my therapeutic practice.
