I’ve been a patient of Dr Yeh’s for a while now, getting to know him have given me a great sense of confidence and peace in relying on his judgment and personal ethics as a deeply thoughtful and detailed doctor. He takes great stShow moreeps in trying to troubleshoot the best plan of action for the best prognosis in getting you, as the patient, to a pain free way of life again, instead of feeling as though....this is it....this is just the way I’m going to have to live at this point...in chronic pain. Dr Yeh is an exceptional doctor, I am just so thankful to have found him! He has and is impacting my life in the most positive and healing manner so I can live and breathe again!
This Doctor is the first Doctor in years that has listened to me and allowed me to have input on my care. Not only is my pinched nerve better to the point I am no longer using a cane, my fibromyalgia pain is very under control eveShow moren with me being under extreme stress which is usually a trigger. He has an amazing bedside manner. The office staff is super nice, and the offices were very clean. They are taking COVID very seriously and ensuring that each patient not only feels taken care of, but also knows that when they are in the office, they are not being subjected to a possible COVID infection because of all the precautions being taken.
Clement Yeh, MD, is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management physician at Republic Spine and Pain, with offices in Austin and Georgetown, Texas. Dr. Yeh offers patients a multidisciplinary-guided approach to treating pain. He is an active member of the Travis County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association, and the Texas Pain Society.
Dr. Yeh earned his bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, on a presidential and premedical scholarship. He went on to complete his medical degree at Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock. During this time, he completed his clinical clerkships, where he mentored premedical students at the University of Texas at El Paso regarding their career choices.
Dr. Yeh furthered his medical education at Parkland Memorial Hospital and UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he completed a residency in anesthesiology. While a resident, he published research in cardiovascular anesthesia and presented research posters at national anesthesiology meetings.
While he thrived in the fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment that anesthesiology provided, Dr. Yeh’s desire for a more traditional patient-physician relationship spurred him to pursue additional training in the field of pain medicine. He chose to remain at UT Southwestern Medical Center to complete a fellowship in interventional pain management where he was trained in the latest techniques for both acute and chronic pain conditions. While there, Dr. Yeh presented cutting-edge research findings at national pain society meetings.
When not seeing patients, Texas-native Dr. Yeh enjoys playing soccer at Zilker Park, or wakeboarding and snowboarding when the seasons permit.
Dr. Yeh loves spending his time exploring Austin with his wife Krista and children Easton and Isla.

I have been with him nearly 3 years and he is always compassionate and listens and then explains the treatment path very thoroughly so you know what to expect. Dr. Yeh is a patient, thorough, compassionate, and genuine doctor who considers all aspects of patient care and comfort when supporting his patients.
