I had a fall and broke my hip. Dr. Covington was on call in the hospital and was the surgeon who was going to perform the surgery on my hip. He explained everything to me and my family to assure us that the surgery would be very sShow moreuccessful and what the follow up to surgery would be. Everything he told is turned out to be true and I followed his advice as closely as I could. My surgery turned out to be excellent and I attribute that to Dr. Covington’s expertise.

Everyone was super nice Explained everything. Answered all my questions.
So far everything has gone smoothly and amazingly getting ready for my hip replacement surgery.
DR Covington is an excellent surgeon. He's highly knowledgeable about his work and listens to me about my concerns of the surgery and insured about my condition after the surgery. He makes sure I'm pain free while healing and had me moved over to rehab to start me on the road to complete recovery.. I highly recommend him for another people for excellent care.

Been seeing Dr C for close to 5 years. Traveled 300+ miles RT for about 3 of those years. When you have the best, you stick with him. He did great job on repairing a badly broken upper arm, and has treated me for arthritis in my knees. Now moving on to total knee replace-ment. Stay tuned for more glowing reviews.

Dr Covington is a great doctor that takes the time to sit with me and listen to my thoughts and opinions , Then we come up with a plan to make me feel better. I like that he doesn’t sit at his computer while I’m talking like some of my other doctors do.
Dr. Covington is the best by far ortho doctor in San Antonio! He also have an awesome staff that give outstanding customer service and treat you like family.
First, my appointment was canceled for the second time, which caused me to reschedule an eye appointment. The second time I specifically asked when should I come back. This was for a shot to my knee which I was in need of. My 12:20 was canceled and I was told to come back at 2:20. Which I did. I saw the Dr around 3:00 and was given the knee shot. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians were nice and professional. Dr. Covington is always friendly and professional at the same time. The cancellations are problematic due to the long drive for a senior person. So driving twice to his office and back home took a toll on me. I’ve scheduled my next appointment on a non- surgical day, so should eliminate the cancellation issue. All is good today and the knee is much better as well as my hip.
He comes into the room and gives my Husband and I a lot of time to talk to him. He makes sure we understand everything.
