Coleen Sady, LSW

Coleen Sady Cheplick has been a licensed Social Worker for the past 20 years working with many over the lifespan, as young as age five. Coleen has extensive experience working with children exposed to abuse and neglect, with a strong understanding of trauma’s impact on development and response. She has played a vital role in preserving foster/adoptive placements and has specialized training in Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD). She is qualified to train other clinicians in adoption services. For the past decade, Coleen has worked with the geriatric population, specifically Veterans addressing neurocognitive disorders, behaviors, and chronic medical issues.  Also supporting and educating families in distress for loved ones. Other clinical experiences include helping all ages with adjustment disorder, experiencing anxiety and depression as a result of chronic illness, divorce, grief and loss, marital discord, job and parenting stressors, blended families, and historical trauma.
