I can't sing the Praises of Dr Hicks in this office anymore then by saying I feel seen, heard and there are things that I have said or told Dr Hicks months or years ago that she remembers and asks about. There's not an aspShow moreect of my journey with her where I have even remotely wondered or haven't felt valid. She takes into account every aspect of a person before making an informed decision and if there's anything that she is remotely iffy about trust and believe that she is going to get the answer
I see Dr. Hicks for pain management. She is very thorough and knowledgeable about my care. I couldn’t ask for any better treatment. She often runs behind BUT I know that when I see her she deals with “the total patient “ and not jShow moreust one topic at the visit. She will be sure to address Everything that needs addressing. That’s why even if she is late I know she will give my care the attention it requires. I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking a through caregiver.

Dr. Connie Hicks is one of the Very Best . I am deeply grateful to have someone that shows caring and honest with her patients. If you’re looking for a provider who looks at the whole patient this is the provider for you. Most providers now only address one concern per visit. Dr Hicks addresses all of your concerns on each visit. She does consistently run late, but rest assured when it’s your visit she will address your questions and take time with you. If you want quick and hands off this is not the place for you. Dr Hicks obviously cares for her patients. I’m glad she is my provider.

Dr. Hicks is awesome!!! She treats patients with kindness and respect. She also gladly answers any/all questions that you may have and spends good, quality time with patients during their visit (she doesn't rush and try to do an in and out visit) I've been a patient at her practice for almost 1 year and plan on continuing to go there as long as her office is open!!!

Ms. Hicks was amazing. She addressed all of my concerns and wanted what was in my best interest. I can’t wait for my next appointment. I was very pleased with the services and how quickly everyone in the office staff worked to make sure I had everything I needed.
Everybody in office goes out their way to help me get me scheduled, etc. since Im very limited on time and my medicine goes to office once a month

Mrs. Hicks was kind and sympathetic. She offers medication through a shot, so I decided to follow up with my previous doctor. Shots are more convenient for some, but I do not prefer them. I definitely felt seen, heard, and understood. Rare quality.
