I have had a good experience with this office for years
Overall good. Would be nice if u could call and actually talk with Dr. Hicks or at least leave a message and have her call u back. The office staff has a tendency to rush u off the ph and claim to have someone call u back but never ask your name or ph number. That has gotten better over past month

Dr. Hicks is simply amazing. She listens and explains the process effectively! She is all about stabilizing and making sure that the patient is on the right medications.
It’s always a great time and place and Doctors to see and talk to at Integrated with any or all the Doctors there and hands on understanding talks with the People there I always leave with a great feeling and understanding of which way my Life’s going and which way I want to go I enjoy every visit to see Dr.Connie Hicks and her Doctors on hand .
The staff they have now is so much better than the ones they had working months ago. Tabitha is great and has helped me so many times when it came to getting meds. Natasha is great as well. Dr Hicks tries to get u in and out quickly and is very understanding. My only complaint is Dr Hicks is so busy and sees so many patients that she doesn’t always send medication right away like she supposed to ( I will say she gets it right more than she gets it wrong)
This is the best Opioid treatment program I've been in. But more than that, Dr. Hicks is an exceptional Doctor that's invested in the outcomes of all her patients. She is a muti faceted lady and she has a wonderful repore with her patients young and old. Children and adults come to her for mental health, behavioral health, counseling and advice. She has a wonderful bedside manner. And I would, and I have recommended her to many family members and friends. She is just the best at this.
Just wish it was easier to get into the office or a online visit so I wouldn’t run out of medication

Ms. Connie Hicks Is an exceptional Doctor and has genuine compassion for her staff, and patients. She is very professional and is a very busy lady. I would recommend her services to any of my family, acquaintances, or friends..and I have many times. I have been taking my son to her since 2015. And She is my primary care provider also. I trust her opinion and I know that she has our best interests at heart.. If you need a reliable family Doctor She is the best!!!
