Dr. Cornelius Davis, MD

Dr. Davis can best be described as a passionate, lifelong learner. He holds undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a Morehead Scholar. He defected to rival Duke University for medical school where he was a Board of Governor’s scholar. His residency training was in general surgery (Duke U/ Boston U), then cardiothoracic surgery (Albert Einstein U.), followed by vascular surgery (U. of Texas Houston). He has practiced in cardiovascular surgery in the greater Houston area for 12+ yrs, as well as a 6 year time in eastern Iowa. Having performed in excess of 7,000 operations he has established a strong record of consistent excellent results with a high patient satisfaction rating.
