Cortney Ireland, LCPC

Cortney is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland and Delaware with a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, effective mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults. With extensive experience treating ODD, DMDD, ADHD, and anxiety, Cortney offers tailored and comprehensive support to meet each client’s needs. Her approach is holistic and flexible, integrating Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Through mindfulness, she fosters present-moment awareness; through PCT, she encourages self-exploration; and through CBT, she helps clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns. Cortney strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and gain confidence in themselves.
