I felt heard and seen everyone was very kind and they give you options
Courtney was amazing, very attentive, answered my questions provided clarity to all the information she provided me. I was pleasantly surprised I expressed concern about a future procedure and she assured me I had full autonomy over whether or not the procedure would be done. I truly felt heard, understood and not judged.
