I am a Hispanic woman and as a Spanish speaker, I aim to provide a culturally affirming and inclusive space for clients from diverse backgrounds. My personal experiences help me connect with people who might be navigating cultural, systemic, or personal challenges and I always aim to approach that with care and authenticity. I see therapy as a team effort—it’s all about building a trusting relationship with empathy and understanding. My approach is flexible and tailored to my client’s needs from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic techniques. Whether the client needs structure or space to just talk things through, we can work through both what’s happening now and what might be going on beneath the surface. Clients can expect to feel heard, respected, and empowered in our work together. Whether we’re working on coping skills, emotional regulation, or gaining insight into recurring patterns, my goal is to support your personal growth and self-awareness. By the end of our sessions, I hope you leave with practical tools, greater clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
