Cristina Contreras

Cristina Contreras, CSW-I, is a compassionate Clinical Social Work Intern with experience in behavioral health, pediatric hospice and palliative care, medical social work, and case management. She is skilled in conducting psychosocial assessments, de-escalating crises, establishing healthy boundaries, prioritizing client needs, and connecting individuals and families with valuable community resources. Cristina has supported clients navigating chronic illness, grief and loss, homelessness, and other complex life challenges. She works collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide respectful, culturally sensitive, and client-centered care. Cristina is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged throughout their healing journey.
