The eVisit/Televisit feature is a game changer for those times you have simple ailments that can be diagnosed over the phone or internet with simple questions and medications can be prescribed quickly. I was able to email all my symptoms, medication allergies to the Teledoc email. I highly recommend Christina as she was thorough and efficient.

This was my first visit to establish as a new patient. Was immediately greeted and brought in to a room and began the process of reviewing my information. Doctor then came in and was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me an overview of her approach (more holistic approach vs medication). Bloodwork was then done right in the office en along with a follow up appt in a week. Love that they are open at 7 days a week.
Dr. KULBACK is a very kind woman, who treats her patients with respect. She checks on us, and she actually cares for us. I’ve seen a few doctors in my time, and some aren’t as pleasant as her. I think all the nurses and doctors at Health Xpress is great. Thank you.

My first time experience was refreshingly great. The office was nice, clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Doc Cristina made me feel like she heard what I was telling her and made me feel like she had the answers! Overall a great experience all around.

I love this whole office. Both offices, actually. The entire staff, including the providers are friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to be around. The providers I’ve seen over the past year or so communicate to me in an easy way to understand and they are very informative. I’ve never felt this at ease at the doctors.

The providers and MAs there are professional, kind, compassionate and efficient in the office They have issues with emails and their office phone system is not working in an effective manner. Have doubled in size and have new staff to train. Overall the excellent treatment you receive makes up for the phone and email issues.

She's comforting, understanding, and empathetic. Great bedside manner there is literally a closer location to me, but nope I will follow her wherever she goes. She was the only one to not pharm me out but help me get thru my conditions with her help I was able to have a full descent meal without pain or least less pain. Dr. Cristina Kulback is Southern Nevada's best primary care doctor. 3 months post-stroke, her care transformed my husband from hopeless to hopeful, referring him promptly to specialists for stroke issues & a worsening inguinal hernia. Her thorough, clear explanations impressed us deeply; my husband, who rarely likes doctors, was moved to tears. However, unprofessional check-in staff at her Eastern location (1 person in particular) detract from the experience, earning 4 stars instead of 5.
Cristina is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and the staff are all friendly. The wait time was a little longer than usual today but it’s usually pretty quick.
