My primary care provider moved to a new home. Her new location has an entirely different atmosphere from the last one. Crystal and I met in a medical exam room. We were able to discuss all of my questions for which I received undeShow morerstandable and helpful responses. I was offered time on a massage chair and I left the office with a refilled prescription called in.

Crystal was very thorough and took plenty of time to complete the office visit. We also felt very comfortable with Crystal and found her easy to converse with. Everyone we came in contact with at Fidelity was very helpful and friendly. Plus we only had to wait two days for our appointment once it was made.

The office is such a beautiful place and has a upbeat feeling. All of the staff are so friendly and caring with big smiles.. I just don't know what else you could ask for. I actually look forward to my appointments to see Ms Crystal and her staff.

Crystal is absolutely the best! I followed her here from NMCC and I hope she stays here! I have referred my sister, my daughter, and my granddaughter to her. And they come all the way from Albuquerque just to see her. She gives excellent care and she really listens to her patients.
