Very professional and truly concerned about my medical issues. Just didn't prescribe medicine she actually took time to tell me how to take them. She had a very attention to details attitude which was a welcome asset for theShow more patient. Bottom line I felt very comfortable around the DR. which hasn't happened to me in along time.

When a doctor is caring, listens closely, and shows true understanding, patients feel safe, valued, and respected. She most definitely has all of the qualities. I am so grateful for her. My first visit went better than I could have ever expected.
Crystal was very thorough with the care I was given. She listened & treated my concerns & symptoms with the kind of patience that’s hard to find these days. The Maynardville Clinic staff was efficient & saw me on last minute notice. Very thankful for their care.

The staff is always very professional, they’re able to get me in quickly when needed, and they truly take the time to listen to my concerns and needs. It’s nice to feel heard and cared for instead of being rushed through an appointment. Highly recommend.
