Crystal Okafor, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Crystal Okafor is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental healthcare to individuals across the lifespan. She earned her BSN from North Carolina Central University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Gardner-Webb University with specialization in psychiatric mental health. Dr. Okafor specializes in psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and supportive therapy for conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, sleep disorder and trauma-related disorders. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive environment where patients feel heard, empowered, and supported in achieving emotional wellness and long-term mental health stability. She values collaborative care and works closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that promote healing, resilience, personal growth, and overall well-being.
