I had an appointment with crystal regarding a VA. compensation exam. She was very respectful professional and very detailed. I sensed her genuine respect and thoroughness and her attention to detail regarding the issues I presented to her.

My first visit with Crystal Pressley was amazing. From the first time you stepped into the office, you are greeted by the secretary who is warm and caring. The whole staff listened and explained everything step-by-step. Crystal was amazing in listening to your concerns and communicating step-by-step what was going on what the next step was what was gonna happen in that step and communicated everything so that when you left you fully understood everything that was going to happen and the outcome.
